The Importance of Connection in Negotiations

I don't know if there was even a great sense of connection there I mean we physically were disconnected because of the pandemic and so being at home not going to work not being in social settings. So that created a sort of a natural disconnection but I think that the world has been disconnected for a really long time. People have whole relationships on text I don't even understand it right and so conversation is not valued people don't even listen to voicemails because it's easier to text somebody or not call. If you already valued connection then the pandemic may have even made it a little bit easier as first of all we craved connection and second of all these moments are really intimate
