The Importance of Digital and Computational Humanities
There are lots of digital humanities projects on Stanford's campus and in other institutions around the world. And what we need to understand fundamentally about digital and computational humanities is that, like the sciences, you need a whole team of people to do this work. I did just write a book on manuscripts and about manuscripts in the actual world called perceptions of medieval manuscripts. All of the work that I do digitally and computationally takes the team.
