The FTC and the President vs. Congress
The FTC already has a privacy rule that they're working on but they can take some action. They can also issue enforcement guidelines that would suggest for example that not preemptively identifying yourself as non-human is a form of deception. So I suppose Don Ferre competition I think will be unfair and deceptive practices and you can make some headway there. Now I think Congress should do it and I think it's the most straightforward thing, but like I said I've been burned so many times by Congress not doing things that any human alive would say why don't you do that?
