What Is the Experience of the Person?

The pandemic demonstrated how important science s and technology, you know, and other factors, mathematics, to this new economy we're in. And it seems like these industries are quickly relying upon the natural sciences as a way to sort of innovate all sectors. But yet, let's talk about this, when some of us do get into those spaces, they're not good fits either. How do we with that type of challenge for some of the students going into these companies?
