K-97 vs. Saccharomyces Cerevisae

K-97 was always better at releasing dials and even regarding the structure, starting from a precursors of thryselphanil pentanol. But then, if we look deeper at the results, we can see that the esterification part is sometimes in favor of other yeast strain like S33 or the S04. And since the corresponding acetate has a lower threshold, it could have a greater impact compared to K-97.
