The Attraction of Aquinas's Apocalyptic Philosophy

Ate: There is a prevalent argument that, effectively, aquinas thinks we may know that god exists, but may say virtually nothing of what god is. Ate: The attraction of this way of thinking is twofold. We know precious little about the essence of god philosophically, but if god reveals himself to us, then it emphasizes the freedom of god to reveal himself as holy trinity over and above what we can know naturally philosopherically.
