Santorum would not be the wonder kid right now if it wasn't for Donald Trump. He made him governor through his endorsements. But there's a lot of people that can remember Trump's culpability with the COVID lockdown. And they're not going to just kind of cozying up to this pure cult of personality he wants in himself.
