Is Technology Sharing a Last Resort?

Government should set up publicly owned corporations to produce goods in high demand, says Shenevcan pigam. The cost of setting up and running these factories will initially be borne by the government, but i am sure that this cost will eventually go down because of the demand ande the people will employ. Technology sharing between the stapes could also help create employment opportunities for farmers who own aggregated farm lands. People are convinced a factory worker is better paid and more capable of supporting his or her family than what they are facing now.
