The stereotype for South Asians is also that people see us as worker bees So like you know scenes programmers things like that Usually we do not get as much a chance in leadership positions. My dad has worked in tech almost 42 45 years and He has so much experience But only in his last age just recently got into a later position Because people saw his expertise, but they always were like oh, you know, you don't look like a leader You know that's dear that is there for Asians.
