Essentialism Is a Pursuit of Less

There are many things that you write about that I identify with, right? Like investing in your time and things that are really important. But there's always that mission creep that happens in the course of our lives where then more things come on your plate,. And you find yourself, or at least I do, treading water, flailing because I'm like, oh my God, I've completely neglected this thing. The non-essentialist just doesn't admit the problem. The essentialist is aware of the problem and as a result of knowing and admitting the problem, keeps adjusting.
