Is Elon Musk's Twitter Rant BS Rationale?

CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't like how Twitter CEO Elon Musk is running the company right now. He also thinks that tweets should match law, not be an ideal environment for free speech. The first amendment gives people freedom from interference but it does not allow them to express themselves in a way that violates their First Amendment rights.
