Isn't It Good to Be Happy?
Many of the buddhist practices are very good at generating happiness and joy. But then it will say, that's a great state, very good. Don't become attached to it, because it's impermanent. So one can go further, ultimately to nivana. If nivana means losing yourself, sense of self, what if you don't deluse your sense of self? All negative accents come from those three rules, according to buddhism. The freedom bein iran, niranis of attaining that means being basically virtuous. Isn't it? Virtuous and happy and a mind which is very, very open?
