Trying to come up with the perfect setup right now is just pointless. No matter how good you think your plan is right now there will be some element of it that you will just not like that much and you will want to change anyway. I'm not a huge fan of giving someone a specific meal plan but every once in a while someone will be more of a beginner and they will ask for it. Even then I prefer to give them principles and guidelines on okay this is how you put together a meal this is what you should be focusing on.
