The Abolition of Man by Lewis Carroll

The third and final part of Lewis' book is called the abolition of man. In it, he paints a picture of what it looks like if we've lost what makes us distinctively human. He warns that "a dry and fierce kind of rationality" will begin to run the table. But there's nothing that can force us to n human, because being human is a freely chosen choice.
