The Importance of Neurodiversity in Education
As an educator and a psychologist, it's so common sense to me. Of course you need neurodiversity. It's like Malcolm Gladwell wrote this wonderful essay on how so many CEOs actually have dyslexia. And I can tell you from all that I've read and what I have observed is it is exactly a brain that is wired for innovation. Unquestionably. Because you have to do cognitive workarounds to get to where everyone else just naturally is.
