Is Chicago the Most Violent City in the US?

I think the people in leadership in chicago completely understand the level of violence, and i think they probably understand the steps that they could take that might actually decrease that. And my, a non professional, not educated in that world, opinion would be, it's not defunding the police. It's actually more law enforcement around. The only way to fix that is like an informal leadership approach, where somebody on the team goes, what the fu are we doing? And then fixes it internally.
