Breast Feeding Medicine

There's a whole world out there of breast feeding medicine, and it sort of fills the gap in what physicians don't necessarily learn in residency. Lactation consultants are wonderful. They do a lot of teaching, problem solving, but they don't diagnose or treat. For our patients, some of it is patient driven. Some might be have certain medical issues leading them to find a physician. If you're having problems with brass feeding, think it's also a doctor as well.
