The process of writing every single morning became a way for me to clear my head, giving me an emotional blank slate. This meant I was carrying less of my stress and anxiety with me on a day to day basis. There clearly seems to be something to it and thousands or if not even potentially millions of people all over the world, at least at some point, have found a lot of power in using this activity in the morning pages.
