What Grade Would You Give the United States Military?
Where is the united states military to day in being able to meet the requirements of this new era of great power competition? What grade, you know, would you give us? And why would you give it that grade? In what ways are we prepared? InWhat ways are we falling short? But i'd loke for you to start with a good old fashioned letter grade. How a, ye, doing interesting. I would give us, unfortunately, something probably in the c minus, kind of vcinity.
