All Flesh Is Grass in the Holy Land

In the holy land, there are two seasons: a winter rainy season and a summer dry one. The Bible uses this metaphor to show that some things come and go, like the grass, but not god. In chapter forty one of the old testament, isaiah shows how god can do all these wonderful things for you, and idols can do nothing. And whenever in the old testament God gives us water, it's an argument against idolatry.
