I'll take 500 milligrams of el tyrosine to pull an all-nighter and finish for a deadline but these days I'm trying to do the other things that buffer me against the need to have an all- nighter. Huberman lab is very active running studies, doing public education about neuroscience and neuroscience related themes so I do that in two places one is on instagram a Huberman Lab is my instagram handle  and there I do little everything from 15 second to five minute iGTV type videos about different aspects of nervous system function oftentimes they relate to tools and practices. And then I have a podcast which I just launched recently which is the Huberman
