Is There a Lake in a Smart Contract?
The analogy I made yesterday in our preparation is of a lake. And so if you shut them down or even if you shut those helper smart contracts down, the lake is still there and somebody else could use it. They don't have monopoly control over the lake itself. So what that says is that perhaps if you do make a smart contract that is immutable and you don't touch it anymore and you're not doing any governance stuff, and maybe you might be okay, according to them. It's not been checked by any judge.
