When people hear Tantra, we can't help but think like Tantra equals sex. But in the tradition, it is taught that when you go to places that you have the most shame, the most conditioning, the most rejection, the most God is not there. And so what I love and what can be very tantric about using sexuality is right now in our culture, you go right to the heart of where many of us have been told that God is not. We've been programmed to believe that. To go there is to learn how many illusory stories we tell ourselves that just aren't true.
