In many places, if you say they have like a specific term for public housing, it carries a society connotation of like, o you don't want to live there. The most extreme example would be singapore, where literally 90 % of the country lives in public housing. But that's not just an american thing and can't be plained solely by American legislative factors. So i'm sure you would argue there are the places that have much more successful public housing. Anddo you think this is why, for instance, the public housing has the reputation of being deficient? Or do you think  this is kind of what caused some of that deficiency? I'd love to hear
