Do You Have a Relationship With Your Boss?

I think people come in and they're ooverwhelmed, especially these days, in boxes are full. There's a huge pile of really tough decisions that need to be made. And it's easy to see how somebody would prioritize that over building relationships. Even just a little bit of investment, i say, do not eat alone. Take those few minutes to have coffee, wander the halls a little but n investment of a few hours a week in that could make a huge difference later on.
