Curious attention actually has a broad and peripheral sort of framework to us. We're most likely got some oxytocin being fired off at the same time. And I don't know any other state of mind that releases in a positive balance all those neurochemicals. So it's a it's a pretty damn useful thing. If you can get your depressed patient curious, you watch them. They aren't depressed in that moment of curiosity, at least for that short period of moment. Amazing, amazing.
