Is the Market Inefficient?

Theodo: How would you explain what happens with, and we're recording this early march, 20 20? He says the efficient market's explanation is that investor's expectations changed. That doesn't make the market inefficient or even irrational, he adds. Theodo: I think high frequency trading, algrithmic trading, quant shops are using quantitative models to really invest in markets.
