How Do You Respond to the Almost Overdetermination of Class Struggle

On a practical level, how do you respond to the very different as you say like material circumstances and struggles of. back then just like people with somebody in 10 or 30 miles away from each other? And that gives the explanation of like the proletariat struggle in Ireland is very different than it is an England right. So just unlike a systems level, how you organize all of that momentum, and it would seem to be the answer here is to have a minimum set of like demands or what it not demands but like you know, create what they call them rules which will make sure everybody's going to be a believer whatever. Then, don't just pay lip service to trying to organize for the better
