How to Detect Mild Cognitive Impairment
In particular, we were looking at their speech streams to see if we could do detection of mild cognitive impairment. With autism, prosody was a big one. People who are depressed tend to have more monotone,. A little bit flatter intonation contours than people who are not depressed. We didn't have a ton of luck with Parkinson's at the time. But we did have some luck with mild cognitive impairment and with autism.
