"I wake up at six without an alarm clock now, like no matter what. I'm basically wherever we are in the world, I seem to be a sick about a six AM guy," he says. "It starts with high, you know, when I say hydrate, urinate, caffeinate, not necessarily in that order,. It's 20 ounces of water, athletic greens, creatine." He takes Mondays off and then does strength day on Tuesday or Wednesday. Saturday and Sundays are his hard days because he has more time.
