How to Measure the Temperature of a Black Hole?

For certain black holes, you can go past the event horizon without getting shredded to bits. So it is nortopss to go into a black hole and measure the temperature inside of a black hole. The thing that's really weird is that this temperature is inversely proportional to mass. As black holes get larger, they get colder.
