The floating rate bank loan sector is $1.4 trillion, the leverage loan area. Unless you're hedging parts of it out, if you're a company, that's resetting. The US government has a trillion dollars of T-bills that are maturing this year and will have to get refinanced at much higher rates. A lot of companies have been termed out 100% of their debt. Some treasures or more have been more conservative than others, terming out more.
