Why Is This Triggering Me?

We are choosing to put ourselves in a position where we can feel triggered. It's like jumping into a pond and then complaining that you're wet, right? And i think it's difficult for creators, because people are worried about how your ging to upset somebody. But really t you have to go back to the individual level. If something i see or hear somewhere is upsetting me, like, i don't blame that person. I blame myself for putting myself in that situation, right? Thike is got to be accountable.
