China's COVID Policy Is a Danger to the Population
China is loosening its restrictive COVID policies after a wave of protests. This could get very dangerous, says GPS's John Defterios. If China completely ends its zero COVID policy, the country would hit 45 million new doses of COVID-19. It could give million new daily infections after just one month. Virtually everyone would get infected. 680,000 people would die, assuming enough ICU beds for everyone - which they definitely are not.
