And then we're not hungry again right away. So i do think that we can really work to make our a plate, yo let a meal, work for us so that we're not constantly feeling that hunger. Yes. It's so true. We were craving, like carbs or sugars, like chips and crackers,. Then it actually means that we were craving protein lake half an hour ago. Ye, it's good if we can break that cycle. And that definitely helps.
