The Role of Obstruction in the National Security Issue

Do we know that he's not taking the Fifth? I mean, there's been a lot of speculation about that, but we're not sitting there in the grand jury. It is totally possible that he's taking the Fifth in which case they'll have to make a decision whether they're going to immunize him or not. Those are difficult decisions we can definitely discuss.
