The Art of Saying No
It's incredibly hard to say no, because like the thing that you're faced with is CTO Open AI. And it might not be the next most important thing to go work on if you're choosing thenext most important thing. Just saying no, you're also a good person and like the people that you work with are your friends so you don't want to disappoint them or make them sad. It's an art form I think of in two parts, it's like having the confidence and the courage to say no yourself when you also have your own uncertainties.
