So often when we get hooked with those feelings, they actually pull us away from that value direction. It's definitely not about getting rid of the feeling, paying attention to it and bringing awareness to it. And then looking at how is it like that's like that third side really? How do I want to show off my life now? How can I do things differently in the future? You know, how is it that I want to be in relationship in my relationships? The last point to this, and I haven't really touched on this probably enough, is around the suppression end. So being able to just speak up to someone and say, you know, I feel really angry.
