How to Adopt a Dog

CNN's Jake Tapper is getting a dog because he and his wife are moving out to the land. The couple will be leaving for two weeks this summer, so they need someone to take care of their new pet while they're away. They've been in contact with several people who have already adopted dogs from shelters. One man sent them a text saying that one of his dogs was named Borrible.
