Isn't Your Experience of the Cup Having Truth Conditions?

I don't how can i find this a bit hard, that th that the phenomenal states themselves don't have truth conditions or accuracy conditions. It seems like my phenomenan, my experience of there being a cup here, seems to me to represent a cup at a certain distance from me,. So why isn't that my experience itself already having truth con sjust so? The only exception is when you think about your own mental states. I think you are directly acquainted with your own mental state. Maybe you can imbed them in your thoughts, or you can inwardly demonstrate whatever. And maybe you can also directly pick out and refer to, through having intentional states, their properties and their features
