The History of Raga
The republican attorneys general association, or raga, is the litigation arm of the Republican party. It started as a reaction to tobacco litigation in the 19 nineties. At the time, they were also vastly outnumbered by the democrats an in the attorneys general's offices. The first order of the day was to get more republican attorneys general elected.
