How Do You Decide Which Beers Are Worth Adding to in Up?

We understand enough about ingredients that were, you know what? What may happen with the beer is it's not exactly as the brewer intended it. We're switching out two hops and calling it something different. But i feel then sometimes, tat we've do single hop beers, which accentuate certain characteristics of a hop and end. And customers, certainly that theyd, like to enjoy a lot of those things too. I think you have to keep it interesting. You can't have six hazy juices on and expect there be that much differentiation. Oi, think, tt, you can't have 6 hazy juices  on and expect there was any differentiation at all.
