The Importance of Passing Back and Forth
Standing still and passing a ball isn't going to improve skill acquisition. It's usually valuable right because imagine that you do it a lot and you start believing as a child that you are a good passer, you are then more likely to actually use that pass in a game where it matters. So this whole passing back and forth can just be about building confidence. And I think the best advice we can give the coaches here is try to put yourself in the place of someone who's learning this skill anew. That gives us the confidence to be able to acquire the skills of the game.
