Is This Really a Crime or a Propaganda?

The East Palestine, Ohio chemical accident may have been a coordinated attack from state actors to harm the agricultural community known as the Amish by poisoning the rainwater and arable land in the area. This should be of concern to anybody who says that they, you know, like care about life. And it is going to impact the Amish big time. They are just not but an hour away from me all throughout that part of Ohio and then up until up into Pennsylvania. Those people at this point, I just feel so bad for them at this point.
