EJ: Developing cars is really difficult, especially in season. I think you have a spy because they're exactly the things that I did do. With somebody like Gary Anderson, I didn't have to kick too much ass as he certainly kicked it. He took it very personally and would never ever shout and roar about why the car wasn't performing. The three previous years before that, he was ready for the skip every year. And that's about the best place you could put it. That's why there's probably so few Jordan's show cars because we sold them all before then. In fact, nobody knew that Jordan Carr in 97, 98, 99 was a particularly strong car
