Lydia Woodyott has written a book called Self Forgiveness. She practises self forgiveness by being kind to yourself and affirming what you value. Lydia says the practice helped her overcome negative feelings about herself as an adult. But she also found it difficult to forgive other people for things they had done in their youth, such as calling her 'anushka' when she was just four years old.
