Is Fast Training a Good Weight Loss Strategy?

The idea behind faster training is to encourage the body to burn a higher percentage of energy from fat. It's not an effective weight lost strategis yo won't necessarily weigt. The only way you'uld lose weight is if you ere overawling an energy deficit over several days. And i don't recommend following a low carb diet, certainly not in a long term basis.
