Jack Adima was released from prison seven years early, probably through bribery. He still has wire fraud warrants out for his arrested North Carolina. So he went to Dubai and attempted to set up a drug and arms smuggling syndicate. And so Jack Adima headed to the last refuge of all true grifters: Mexico.
