How to Define Well-Being at Work

For me, it is happiness at work. It's something we talk with leaders a lot about. We call them kind of the band-aid approaches to well-being. So with this stress, feeling with the burnout. And at the end of the day, what we found is you can do all those things. But if people's deeper needs aren't met, and we call them motives, it just doesn't matter. You're not going to make up for it.
