i am interested in how you think about measuring or assessing whether someone is paying attention to something fully. I know that really advanced meditators can get to the point where they've noticed even just a subtle wavering of attention, because their medi cognition is so strong. But if you take a beginner meditator and tell them focus on ten breasts, they might say, ye was completely focused on all ten breasts and not even notice how much other commotion was going on. And i'm wondering if maybe the narrow imaging gives more insight there, or how you really keep track of the extent which some one's paying attention? Yes, a great question. It's a really hard thing
